HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. Identify any Pair(s) from our Collection of shoes that you like and add to cart.
    NB: You can ‘Add to Cart’ as many pairs as you want by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
  2. Head to check out after you’re done shopping by clicking on the bag icon on the top right corner
  3. Fill out your details e.g name, shipping address, email, phone number etc.
  4. Select your preferred mode of payment and Checkout!

    Your order details will be sent to us and you will receive order details as well via text and email.
HOW DO I PAY?

We have three modes of payments.

  1. Cash On Delivery for clients within Nairobi Only.
  2. Mpesa.

    Go to Mpesa Menu. Select Lipa Na Mpesa, Then Buy Goods. Then enter Till number - 575 218, enter the amount then ok. It will be in favor of Foremen Ventures.

  3. Debit/ Credit card.

    Select "Pesapal" payment option on check out then select the relevant card and follow the instructions.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

DOES FOREMEN SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
 
DOMESTIC

We ship out of Nairobi, Kenya. Typical ground transit time can take approximately 1-36 hours depending on your location. We ship domestically using reputable courier service providers.

INTERNATIONAL

For our international customers, transit time takes approximately 2-10 business days to most countries. International orders are shipped via DHL and unfortunately expedited options are not available.
 
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

When a design has been is out of stock from our collection, please contact https://wa.me/254708676723 with the name, color, and image of the style you are interested in acquiring.
 
In the event that a style will not be reordered, the design has likely been retired from our collection.
 
DO YOU OFFER A RESOLING OR REFURBISHING SERVICE?

Since our shoes are produced in Turkey, we do not offer repair or resoling services. However, we can refer you to trusted shoe repair stores.

While our products do not carry a warranty, we stand behind the items we make and are here to help if you ever encounter a problem. If you are experiencing an issue due to a problem with the material or craftsmanship, please contact us.
